JOB DESCRIPTION:
[Key Tasks]
Grow the business based on global application sectors: e.g. semiconductor equipment, HVAC, medical etc.
Develop Key accounts in focused applications
Manage regional/country/territory/branch POP
Manage branch execution of distributor plans
Prioritize based on market relevance
Align priorities and local business plans with the distributor Sales Managers and General Managers
Manage all business reviews, driving accountability
Coach and develop the distributor business resources to be self sufficient
Manage distributor business processes (Agreement, POS reporting/Design win status, etc)
Leverage distributor branch network to sell Sensor products or services in the field

POP growth across assigned geography
Revenue conversion target by design win projects
New qualify business opportunity target
Drive distributor opportunity funnel conversion rate
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proven capability for key account development
Familiar distributor strategy for better enablement and alignment with key initiatives
Drive strong professional relationships/collaboration with multiple functions: e.g. Product Management, Engineering, Operation, Finance, Legal, Marketing
Good written and verbal communications
Strong results-orientated and execution characteristics.
Proven track record of forging excellent relationships
Strong organizational and planning skills
Familiar with reporting tool/software, PowerPoint, excel, word
[Key Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge]
Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering
8 - 10 years’ experience in sales management
Extensive knowledge of the electronics components/systems industry
Effective communication skills, with an ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff
Ability to negotiate with executives at all levels of an organization is a must
Self-directed individual who can analyze distributor needs and deliver strong results through sales process
English and Local Language proficiency
Market and Competitor Analysis experience
Samsung related experience is a plus (Preferred)
