Job Description:
An Associate Clinical Support Manager
Manage day to day tasks within Clinical Care department
Oversee development of content of clinical training and reference materials, manage content, process, and message of Clinical Customer Support
Provide Clinical Training (internal) – Establish and oversee internal clinical education, in particular Sales and Clinical Customer Support
Act as the liaison for key research personnel at the company Research Partner Institutions
Represent the company's clinical research at academic and professional events
Provide clinical guidance to team members related to research project.
Work with Key Opinion Leaders in the development of publications that can be used as case studies. Administer clinical studies and act as the marketing liaison
Ensure adequate coverage and availability of resources and ensure ownership, action to resolution, back up and contingency within the team
Manage departmental procedures to obtain 100% accuracy and completeness in all area
Continuously identify and drive improvement initiatives through people, process & systems/tools
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required
Job Requirements:
College graduate (BA/BS) in dentistry, biology or chemistry are preferred
Minimum 5 years’ related experience in medical / dental related areas
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
Results oriented with proven work experience
Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills with an ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience
Critical-thinking abilities to analyze business problems and situations and target specific needs of customers
Demonstrated ability to take initiative to creatively solve problems in a timely fashion, make decisions independently and implement changes quickly and effectively
