Job Description:
[Implement brand marketing actions plan]
Participate in briefing agencies
Recommend consumer promotions (strong leverage digital) and in-store communications
Implement marketing activations for retail (Digital campaign / Promo, POSM, PR…) and for Food Service (chef demo arrangements, POSM for Partner cafes, sales leaflet…)
Manage local BTL marketing agencies (Promo, Web, PR, Design, etc…)
Monitor the performance of each action plan vs. KPIs
Manage the budget for advertising and promotion
[Support new product launch]
Support new product format & pack design development
Support new product launch plan (including market positioning, pricing, promotion and advertising) execution with a distributor
Support qualitative and quantitative research preparation & follow-up
[Participate in building brand reviews, strategy, and plans:]
Analyze our own brands’ performances, and recommend follow-up/new action plans
Support Marketing Manager in preparing Brand review (part of annual business review), Budget, and annual marketing plan
Actively join the discussion with the agency and global brand team in defining the key elements of brand ideas/positioning
[Gain environment and market understanding]
Be conscious and regularly update socio-economic trend
Gain full knowledge of the product offer and segmentation
Update and analyze retail/consumer panel, and distributor’s weekly POS data regularly
Track the best practices of direct & indirect competitors’ (snack, dessert, alcohol mates) activities
Pricing, promo, new product, consumer communication, etc.
Utilize category and consumer insight to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development
[Operational marketing tasks]
Day-to-day contact/debriefing to agencies
Bring answers to operational queries and requests from internal and external contacts (Global brand team, APAC, Distributor, Marketing agencies, etc…)
Organize marketing related meetings and workshops preparation
Any ad-hoc tasks requested
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in multinational FMCG marketing (food marketing preferred)
New product launch experience preferred
Major in Marketing/Business Administration preferred
Excellent communication skills needed in both Korean and English, verbal and written
Excellent use of MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
Wirtten and Oral Presentation Skills
Multitasking, yet hands-on to details and highly organized
Self-motivated, high passion to grow
Autonomous
Proactive, takes initiatives, idea generator
Open minded & curious
Clear interest in working in International environment, able to work effectively with people of different cultures
