Position Summary:
The Position will deliver strategic and tactical marketing value to key clients in Korea, as a key senior member of Korea Marketing Team, working closely with Korea leadership team and Korea Business Development team as well as Asia Pacific Hub Marketing team. The Position will lead, design and implement co-marketing programs with clients to drive business growth by converting client’s investment into a marketing activation.

The role will bring the best of company's marketing to our key clients and the Position will work cohesively with the company's marketing community locally, regionally and globally
The role will work with Business Development Team to invest client incentives or media investments into tailor-made joint-marketing campaigns with the objective of driving acquisition, activation, usage and retention
The role will deliver on high quality agreed marketing programs, evaluating effectiveness and efficiency of the executed programs to continuously optimize performance
The role will determine the best use of the Company's brand assets (aligned with client strategies) and optimal outcomes for the company and client
The role will manage the local contacts within the regional creative, media and partnership agencies and vendors to ensure a client centric view in the development and implementation of all campaigns
The role will contribute to developing deeper client partnerships and generating new revenue streams by providing Marketing Value Added Services including marketing insight, data-driven marketing methodologies and marketing consulting services
The role will oversee all administrative deliveries related to client marketing project management and Value Added Services including and not limited to procurement processes, contract management and process management
[Marketing Strategy & Activities]
Develop Korea marketing strategies and Value Added Service selling strategies in close cooperation with local, regional and global stakeholders
Deliver marketing insights and data capabilities and other Marketing Value Added Service to driver deeper partnerships with Korean clients
Ensure Korean client marketing needs are being met through cross-functional and regional teams on insights, measurement and co-creation requirements
Provide an understanding and analysis of the Korean payments industry and regulation, as well as an in-depth understanding of Korean consumer trends and competition
Review implementation of Korean marketing plans on an ongoing basis and provide guidance to external and internal stakeholders to ensure Korean KPIs are achieved
Work with Korean clients to drive internal staff advocacy for the Company brand
Champion and work as custodian of the Company brand
JOB Requirements:
[Professional]
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in a services marketing team, ideally (but not specifically) from similar industries such as Financial Services, Technology or FinTech
Demonstrated marketing strategy and campaign management, particularly in digital and partnership
Demonstrated selling skills and client engagement skills
Analytical skills to establish, track and improve KPIs and return on investment and other measurement tools
Media strategy and planning
