TEAM MISSION:
Consulting & Analytics Team drives tangible, impactful and financial results for the Company's clients, including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, operational and macroeconomics, The Team solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
The Team within Korea provides a comprehensive range of consulting services and solutions to our clients in Korea and Mongolia that address unique challenges in wide range of card business such as strategic growth, improving profitability, customer experience, digital payments and managing risk.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Typically, 1-3 months in duration, potential projects could include strategy developments for corporate growth, new business development and market expansion. They could also include digital transformation, marketing strategies, product design and launching, industry landscape evaluations to guide payment strategies, and enhancement of client customer experience along with its related processes.
As a Manager-level consultant of project delivery team, you will be responsible for a module in client engagements under supervision of project manager (Or be the Project Manager depending on qualifications). Typically, this will involve the Manager interacting with the client team and Project Manager (Or leading the Project), analyzing issues, synthesizing the insights based on analyses, developing recommendations and reports, and working with clients on executing recommendations.
Having already accumulated a variety of experience, you will be curious about the payments industry and keen to work alongside an experienced team in gaining a deeper understanding.
You will be client driven, comfortable managing a project end to end with a support from PM and relishing the opportunity to work closely with clients to influence their future performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Around 5 ~ 10 years of experience in consultancy and at least 1 year of module leader experience (or equivalent qualification)
Business level English proficiency
Deep experience in payment, digital innovation, corporate strategy, or business management
Experience in and passion for the power of analytics to inform and drive strategy and tactics, and proven ability to generate insights from data
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
Excellent detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigor in reports and data analysis
Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
