Job Description:
Driving business growth in terms of revenue and client base
Manage the market profit and loss
Represent the brand at various events and marketing programs
Design and implement local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns
Establish and manage relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies
Contribute to overall business/product efficiency by conceptualizing and proposing relevant improvements and ideas.
Understand and identify product technicalities and concerns, and relate with relevant department on technical issues
Launching new products and services
Train and scale entire local team
Job Requirements:
P & L experience + People Management experience of 50+ employees
Must possess solid track record in launching and growing a new business
Experience in e-commerce and building on/offline partnerships
Experience Managing and building a team and ability to critique and advice the organization
Ability to develop relationships and have the interpersonal skills to interact with relevant stakeholders
Manage the day-to-day sales growth and digital marketing to optimize performance and maximize sales, conversion and revenue
Create & foster an online culture that ensures a high level customer service performance
In depth understanding of new product development and branding
Retail / e-commerce industry background a plus
