Job Description:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Contact person (SPOC = Single point of contact) for all customers
Entry, Control and Validation of all incoming Customer Orders in SAP
Ensure/un-block credit limit of customer order
Check the sales promotion and plan the deployment aligned with sales forecast
Creation and Distribution of out-of-stock list to the customer; possibly organizing subsequent deliveries
Information and coordination regarding delayed deliveries
Fulfill customer requests (missing documents, delivery notes, invoices, etc.)
Allocate and transfer inventory to the correct storage location (unrestricted, restricted, blocked)
CS KPI – Reporting
INBOUND MANAGEMENT
Ensure integrity of accompanying documentation for incoming finished goods
Update of inbound information and share with 3PL _ Trace and monitor regularly in-transit status of all products including promotional items considering the lead time with inventory level
Payment process
Customs duty _Check custom/duties with the local authority to get imported goods released and Report to SC Mgr. and coordinate with the Shared SVC team
HQ invoice _ Check HQ Price & Invoice with the Shared SVC team to be paid in time
Ensure and manage Korea-EU FTA documentation and contact with Korea Diary Industries Association
Manage the Information and Check the GSL status_ list for all items
Communicate with customers _ inventory, GSL etc
Control the damaged goods and manage the write off schedule
Check the ending and goods in-transit stock on a weekly & monthly basis
Execute daily inventory reconciliation between 3PL WMS and SAP
Identify stock discrepancy reason communicating with 3PL and provide right action guidance
Allocate and transfer inventory to the correct storage location (unrestricted, restricted, blocked)
Monthly meeting with 3PL
Customer Claims management
Validate the reason caused and find the solution to compensate/ to avoid the same issue:
Processing of claims in SAP (return order): Control, Collect and assign returns in coordination with customers and logistics provider
Creation of internal and external credit notes / debit notes via SAP
Master Data Management
Maintain Master Data on customers (hierarchy, sales conditions on invoice, etc)
Maintain Master Data on local view of finished goods (hierarchy, local tariff, GSL, GR processing time, supplying price, etc)
Create/Maintain the logistics information into the relevant systems for locally co-packed products
Collect, list up all the master data and share information with team and customers
Set up Master data for new customer (Retail partner) – Project
Role as Key-User SC-SD
Participate in SC/SD support committee and maintain/support SAP issues
Set-up the SAP supporting process with IT team
Create service tickets to solve the issues on SAP/ to evolve SAP function
OUTBOUND MANAGEMENT
Manage the customer’s regular order to Delivery
Manage the delivery documents
Check the order volume to optimize truck
Communicate with Commercial team for any specific orders _ sample delivery, urgent delivery
Communicate with 3PL - Manage of customer’s claim
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Prefer candidates from Dairy or Food & Beverages industry
Familiarity with SAP
Native Korean / Fluent English
Note that this is a 1 year contract role
