Reputable global company specializing in logistics for clinical trial materials and sensitive drug shipments.
Job Description
To monitor inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
To advise customers on any services related issues
Working with customers and develop excellent working relationship
Analysis of operational problems and development of service solutions.
Advise customer latest booking times and documentation required
Booking shipment using the company booking system.
Supporting other departments – Customer Relationship Management / Transport / Operations and Sales
Supplying customers with Service information,
Potential customer leads passed on to the Sales department
Keeping personnel records
Arranging Customers Services shift Roster
Attending management meetings weekly
Attending meetings with customers if required
Assisting auditors if required
Training Customers services staff
Oversee Customer Services operations and monitor level of service provided
Job Requirements
3~5 years of work experience in Courier or Freight industry
Experience in working with key decision makers
Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability work under pressure and multi-task
Problem solving and prioritization skills
Flexibility in working hours
PC / system literate
