Job Description:
Formulate event marketing strategy and ensure effective implementation of event marketing programs / campaigns that serve our regional goals and business objectives.
Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Be in charge of hiring personnel (Part Timer, Event Management Agency etc..)
Coordinate all operations
Lead promotional activities for the event
Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
Approve all aspects before the day of the event
Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
Support key marketing campaigns in Korea to maximize awareness and demands.
Prospect and respond to incoming leads to build and maintain a pipeline that will exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
Execute a consultative sales strategy and manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.
Demonstrate key elements of 3D Printing solution to prospective customers through offline events.
Work closely with Professional Application team to demonstrate and scale our solution to meet individual client needs.
Define tactics, set schedules, and manage budgets to ensure timely delivery of all programs.
Track and present detailed ROI analysis and display agility in modifying marketing plans according to market responses.

Job Requirements:
5+ years’ relevant experience in marketing campaigns
Hands-on experience developing and managing offline events
Skilled in project management
Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
Excellent organizational skills
A knack for problem-solving
Customer-service orientation
A team player with leadership skills
BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
Fluency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly self-motivated, independent, detailed-oriented, ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changes.

Familiarity with Marketo / SiteCore / Salesforce
Work experience in marketing Agency
Work experience in Medical Field
