Position Background:
Looking for a high caliber candidate to lead and develop the strategy to ensure the success on leading the market by offering the best customer experience and trend-leading products through the Omni-Channel ecosystem.
Job Description:
Develop short term and long term vision, strategy, and priorities for the business
Develop integrated communication, digital/social and Key Opinion Leader strategy
Deliver market specific trends, consumer analytics and come up with growth opportunities
Elevate product innovation and local relevance to Global marketing for new product / services / concepts / technologies
Define and propose innovative projects focusing on brand equity and future growth
Design Client Decision Journey for each campaign and marketing initiative
360 degree marketing plans for the business
Integrate POS marketing and CRM programs with non-POS channels
Strengthen its social leadership in the makeup market
Recruit and engage new & existing customers through trigger based, data driven, continuous communication
Lead and motivate the marketing teams across regular meetings as well as team work activities
Develop and retain the team to ensure the requisite skills, knowledge and leadership are in place
Build and run a transparent and efficient communication process and collaboration model
Manage marketing budget in line with Division’s strategy and priorities
Determine optimum level of investment by category and new initiatives
Supervise inventory and continuously improve forecasting accuracy
Lead the stock management committee working with relevant teams
Take the ownership of Division’s topline as well as bottom line performance
Job Requirements:
+10 years of working experience in marketing, strategy or consulting fields with managerial experience
Previous industry exposure in retail is preferred but not limited to, both on in-house and consultant/agent is a plus
Proven track record of strategic and creative excellence
Strong business acumen with understanding of Digitalization and Omni channel marketing (Must)
Enthusiastic and engaging leader with a direction, energy and passion
Strategic and analytical thinker
Strong communicator with genuine interests in developing others
Fluent English / Native Korean
