[Operational Excellence (60%)]
Execution Excellence – Delivery of HR services across the business on time, within budget and at a consistent high quality, ensuring all HR processes operate efficiently and seamlessly within the business
Service Orientation – Focused on managing and delivering on the expectations of staff and the business. Applying sound rigor and Project Management to delivering results
Solution Centric – Develop solutions taking into consideration business issues
Stakeholder Management – Maintain strong working relationships across the business at all levels with high integrity and professionalism
Monitor and review regulatory requirements and changes to ensure the company is in compliance with legal requirements
[HR leader to the team (10%)] – future role
Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that HR goals are aligned with the business goals and regional HR initiatives/programs
Set clear and stretch targets for self and the team, and rigorously drive and monitor individual and team performance
Provide the team information, so they understand the focus and direction of the business
Provide HR functional coaching as needed
[Functional and Strategic Support (30%)]
Business Partner - Partner with the Country head and Business Leaders to align and implement HR strategies and programs to business goals
Strengthen talent pipeline - Provide strategic and operational leadership to help the business recruit and develop leadership talent
Talent development - Manage implementation of talent development processes- training, performance management, succession planning, competency, employee growth programs. Integrate diversity initiatives
Job Requirements:
[Core Skills and Criteria]
Strong general HR professional skills and experience with a proven track record of delivering HR processes efficiently and seamlessly to the business
Experience in all functional areas of HR, broad generalist experience with one or more functional expertise
Strong business acumen with prior experience of a multinational company Sound leadership and management skills, having managed a previous HR function with 10-12 years of work experience
Strong understanding and background of leadership and organizational development, HR systems and business processes, recruiting, rewards and recognition, performance management
Demonstrated ability to build resilient relationships with and influence a range of diverse stakeholders, both within the business and HR organization
Proven track record in implementing projects and initiatives to improve the HR function and provision of services to the business
Ability to communicate in English
