Job Description:
Develop sales strategy and launch new products and services
Coordinate sales opportunities and facilitate sales activities
Identify need for new services and solutions, Insights & Technologies
Establish institutional connections with top clients
Establishes a trusted advisor role with clients, superior relationship management
Finalizes and presents quality deliverables
Builds strong industry expertise in designated sectors
Develops annual business plans
Responsible for the P&L and profitable growth
People management and leading
Job Requirement:
10+ years of compensation experience, preferably gained in a data services environment
Strong working knowledge of data analysis and presentations
Demonstrated strength in leading and managing projects
Strength in people management
Demonstrated ability in the presentation of ideas and solutions
High levels of influencing and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
Strong knowledge of the PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting
Understanding of compensation trends
Cross-cultural skills an advantage – with tact and diplomacy
