The Company provides revolutionary mobility in cities by empowering citizens with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability. It provides services in more than 150+ cities globally.
Position background:
The company is about to launch a business in Korea and it is looking for a HR Leader who will lead all HR matters and build the team. Will manage 1~2 people in the initial stage.
Job Description:
Manage all functions related to HR including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Admin and others, provide total HR strategic consulting and solutions for the management
Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to build up organization, performance review, employee training and engagement, and policies & processes, hire people, retain people and inspire people
Formulate HR policies and procedures and implement them
Support business managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy
Implement appropriate employee training and manage its delivery
Facilitate short term and long-term HR initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda
Help business managers to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards
Job Requirements:
8+ years of relevant work experince
Reputable multinational company HR experience, preferably with matrix organization experience
Possess strong track record in establishing business entities or launching new business
Excellent Communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Native Korean / Fluent English / Secondary Asian language capability is highly preferred
Prefer candidates with experience in building HR Evaluation systems
* The Company is also looking for HR specialists with 2~3 years experience to work together with the HR Leader
