Job Description:
Responsible for establishing recruiting strategy and executing HR process
In charge of on-boarding program for new comers
In charge of planning employee benefits and execution
In charge of planning employee compensation and bonus schemes
In charge of employee contracts, payroll and annual leaves
In charge legal matters related to HR / Labor
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in Game/IT Industry
Overall HR and Business support experience including recruitment
Strategic thinker and strong execution
Fluent English /Native Korean
Role could possibly extend beyond HR (i.e. PR, Business support)
Prefer candidates who has experience in organization with 100~200 employees
Prefer candidates with experience in making HR / Recruitment manuals
Passion for games
