Company Description:
The Company offers comprehensive services related to drug, all the processes of a pharmaceuticals company from research and development to manufacturing and sales. By leveraging its experience and expertise as a pioneer CRO, the company business as expanded to create added value in such fields as drugs, medical devices, specific functional foods.
Position background:
This will be a managerial position responsible for the overall HR as well as managing the Finance team. This position will also be required to support the top management to develop, plan and implement Business Strategies from a financial viewpoint.
Job Description:
Develop and implement various HR plans and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department, including development of department goals, objectives and systems.
Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers and managing orientation and on-boarding process.
Responsible for Employee relations as a focal point, including managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness, retirement and redundancy, and bridge the management and employee relations
Review and handle insurance and medical claims for staff, manage leave records
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, interpreting and advising on employment law
Administer and maintenance employee records
Supervise the HR team
Manage the overall back office Administration operations, in practical matters related to general affairs and administration
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must have all-round relevant experience in Human Resources
Experience in planning and implementation of Business Strategies with strong financial knowledge and meticulous in numbers
Experience in people management and supervising subordinates
Knowledgeable with the national tax guidelines
Command good communication skills
Self-initiative to perform duties
Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work under pressure and under challenging timelines when required
Demonstrate maturity, assertiveness and steadiness in managing conflict, challenges, decision making and risk management
Native in Korean language, fluent in English
Preferred experience: Experience in clinical operations, or at least clear understanding of the clinical operations or CRO industry
