Job Description:
Focus on identifying and creating sales opportunities for the company and the dealers
Develop and grow retail business through retail dealers
Promote the company products and services at all times and act in the best interests of company in order to meet and exceed the individual volume target
Frequent and regular client visits build meaningful and productive relationships
Cooperate and work with the company’s specialists focusing on specific business areas Own the day to day relationship and be the prime commercial contact of choice with designated dealers at all levels
Provide accurate and timely reports to the regional HQ and top management
Job Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B Sales and channel management
Sales experience in furniture is desirable
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Must be able to communicate succinctly and fluently and in a compelling manner in both verbal and in written forms (Fluent English / Native Korean)
Must demonstrate high levels of drive and energy and be self suffiecient
Must acquire strategic selling skills through training
Must enjoy and work well in a team when relevant
Must be flexible to work long hours when required and prepared to make regular early starts
Must be numerate in the preparation of quotations and forecast information
