Company Description:
A manufacturer of 3D printers and 3D production systems for office-based rapid prototyping and direct digital manufacturing solutions
Job Description:
Promote the brand in Korea and maintain its leadership position in the market
Formulate marketing strategy and ensure effective implementation of marketing programs / campaigns that serve the regional goals and business objectives
Act as strategic lead across marketing efforts, ranging from campaigns, building digital experiences, paid media planning, and collaborate with social media marketing
Develop integrated channel marketing programs
Formulate marketing plans for all product series, and new product introductions
Enable channel partners to optimize joint marketing efforts
Work closely with the Global Marketing leader on larger initiatives to improve the company's marketing efforts across multiple teams
Demonstrate knowledge of marketing, customer research to become a trusted advisor and strategic resource to stakeholders and team members
Contribute to thought-leadership across strategy, marketing and communication
Manage branding & advertising campaigns and PR programs
Localize Marcomm materials & web sites, and create locally applicable marketing assets
Engage with third party vendors and alliance partners on go-to-market programs
Marketing Budget-management
Forecast and identify market trends and challenges
Job Requirements:
At least 8 years of enterprise/B2B marketing and public relations experience in the technology/high-tech/software/hardware industry in Korea
Experience in developing channel programs with focus on channel communication, enablement, MDF and joint programs
Hands-on experience developing and managing offline events
Skilled in project management
Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
Excellent organizational skills
A knack for problem-solving
Customer-service orientation
A team player with leadership skills
BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
Fluency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly self-motivated, independent, detailed-oriented, ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changes.

Familiarity with Marketo / SiteCore / Salesforce
