JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will bein charge of organizing and coordinating administration duties and office procedures in order to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Your role could encompass not only office management and logistics duties but also a wide range of responsibilities in assisting accounting or legal, all aimed at fundamentally improving cooperation on a case-by-case basis.
[LEGAL]
Communicate with Lawyer regarding the following matters; (1) Making contracts with clients, vendors and employees (2) Administrative registration to the government on entity
[ACCOUNTING]
Monitor and manage income and outcome payments from clients and collect Accounts Receivable accordingly
Check and approve expenses monthly
Manage the daily money transfer in a bank account
Communicate with Accountant regarding accounting matters
[LOGISTICS]
Make daily shipments by communicating with 3PL and inputting domestic shipment orders in ERP system
Ensure a smooth processing of imports and exports by shipping documentation and communication with suppliers, shippers and internal parties
Manage the inventory and propose the inventory plans
[OFFICE MANAGEMENT]
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures and making necessary adjustments
Complete operational requirements by communicating with internal and external stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Strong ability to create documents, primarily using Excel
English ability (standard to business level) - Required to report to and communicate with HQ in Tokyo
Ability to use the CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce)
