Job Description:
Bring in significant business from both assigned managed accounts and new clients
Identify key prospects and implement effective sales strategies and solutions
Utilize in-depth knowledge of EMV migration, acquiring and issuing markets, the industry and your prospects to provide solutions
Be a consultative partner, building relationships with financial institutions and solutions providers, major OEM (Local Conglomerate Groups), payment terminal manufacturers, transit operator, local payment processors to pitch, sell and close the company products and services as a value-add to stakeholder's initiatives
Develop and maintain and share Sales Account Plan that details the strategy for given account and tracks achievement against this plan
Work closely with all internal individual and teams to leverage the depth of expertise to support client needs
Secure profitable business for the Company and protect market share from our competitor’s quarter over quarter
Provide and maintain up to date and accurate sales forecasts that provide visibility of the progression of opportunities in the clients so decision and commitments can be made and met
Job Requirements:
5 years’ experience in quota driven self-sourcing environment
Highly self-motivated, personable, energetic and creative
Strong negotiation skills
Driven, Self starter
Excellent Inter-personal skills
Good analytical and organizational skills
Good Knowledge of EMV, NFC Frontend, Backend
Good understand and knowledge Smart Card business, Mobile NFC eco system
Experience in the payment industry, digital and mobile payments, EMV could be an major advantage
Fluent Korean, English, excellent presentation and communication skills
An engineering, commercial or BA degree, or any other relevant diploma
