Job Description:
[Primary Priorities]
This position will be responsible to grow new distributors and key task will be to focus on developing new customers to grow South Korea market.
[Others]
Evaluate and develop strategies for targeted market (Semiconductor, Medical and Machine Maker) to generate new leads and opportunities.
Build strong and collaborative relationship with customers.
Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
Conduct market research and feedback to Sales Director for assessment
Drive product presentation and penetration with confidence
Sales driven mindset with focus in achieving the sales revenue
“Hunter” like mentality to look for new customers
Weekly reviews to Sales Director for reporting
Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by Superior
Job Requirements:
Diploma/degree in Engineering is a must; preferably electrical-trained
At least 5 years relevant experience in a technical sales role
Proven track record of new sales development
Industrial experience, preferably in one or more of the following - Automation / process control / power distribution
Experience searching, developing and managing distributorship channels
Excellent communicator and team player
High degree of initiative, drive and responsibility
Familiarity and preference working with an SME-type structure
Some regional traveling may be needed in future
Solid English fluency / Native Korean
Candidate must own a vehicle and needs to have a driver license
