A manufacturer of 3D printers and 3D production systems for office-based rapid prototyping and direct digital manufacturing solutions
Job Description:
Responsible for all sales activities in the Territory. Manage the partner sales (indirect sales) to generate revenue from hardware, consumable and service sales in the territory
Meeting Revenue, profitability, growth and market share targets in the territory
Responsibility for short and long-term performance of indirect sales in terms of revenue and market share.
Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support
Monitor and manage marketing and sales processes with lead generation and qualification, product selection and sales process, negotiations and closing of deals.
Collaborating with various functions such as Marketing team, Customer Support team, Channel Development to ensure sufficient resources for the vertical market, and to align with the company goals and processes.
Create, communicate, and execute a strategic sales partnership vision from start to finish.
Territorial industry responsibility: Highest responsibility on behalf of the Company, for any event or need, to be addressed in the territory. For example, market analysis, competition, customer requirement and escalation etc. / Building and strengthening the Company brand and present in the territory.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder with 10 years+ business to business enterprise sales experience in the territory
Experience in channel sales and sales management. Direct sales management experience a plus
Must have a solid sales track record of success
Past experience in working in a high tech, highly dynamic and rapidly growing environment where Change Management and Adaption to Change is a key.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Open minded, proactive, detail-minded and analytical thinking
Ability to work in a fast paced and extremely dynamic environment, and deliver in stressful situations.
