COMPANY INTRODUCTION:
Local exclusive distributor to a global company that designs and
produces automation components and systems for industrial processes.
JOB PURPOSE:
Company plans to hire a experienced specialist in Power & Temperature Controllers to boost sales performance
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform sales activities in industries where temperature controllers are required, such as semiconductor, secondary battery, infrared drying, blast furnace, and oil and gas industries.
Develop expertise in product specifications and technical data to support sales and provide technical assistance to customers.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop sales plans and strategies.
Implement sales plans and provide regular reports to the management on the progress and results.
Manage orders, delivery, and inventory of products.
Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Participate in pricing and bidding processes and prepare technical documents as needed.
Prepare sales documents and presentations.
Analyze the competition and recommend appropriate pricing strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Sales experience of 5 to 10 years in relevant companies
Previous experience in sales of temperature controllers and power controllers
Sales experience in temperature control or heat control-related industries such as semiconductors, secondary batteries, infrared drying, industrial furnaces, and oil and gas fields.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing is required, and the ability to develop and execute sales plans that are tailored to the market conditions is essential.
Must have a proactive and quick response mindset to provide technical support or follow-up measures to customers when needed.
Business English skills preferred
